REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
APPLICABILITY OF POLICY
By agreeing to use the ThreadedTrove exchange portal or initiating a purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms of this policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from transacting on ThreadedTrove.in.
Please note, we may update these terms from time to time. Always check the policy before making any transactions to ensure you understand the applicable terms and conditions.

1. EXCHANGES & RETURNS:
We offer exchanges and returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once your query is accepted, a notification will be sent to your registered email. Your order will be picked up within 24-48 hours by our logistics partner.
2. PICK-UP ATTEMPTS:
Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier is unable to collect the shipment, you will need to send it back to the warehouse yourself. Reverse pick-up is subject to service availability in your area.
3. QUALITY CHECK:
After your order is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. Once approved, your exchange or return will be processed further.
4. EXCHANGE DELIVERY TIME:
Estimated delivery time for exchanges is 7-10 working days.
5. STOCK AVAILABILITY:
If the required size is not available for an exchange, we will either offer another product or issue a store credit, which can be used at any of our stores or for future online purchases.
6. RETURN ORDERS:
Refunds for returns will be issued in the form of a credit note after the product passes the quality check. This will be sent to your registered email.
7. PRODUCT CONDITION:
Products must be returned in the same condition as shipped. If returned items are in poor condition or appear to be worn, the request will not proceed.
8. CUSTOMER SUPPORT:
For further issues, please email us at ordersupport@ThreadedTrove.com with your name and order ID. We are available Monday-Saturday between 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST. All queries will be resolved within 24 hours.
9. ORDER CANCELLATION (COD):
Cancellation is only available for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, and only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
10. PREPAID ORDERS:
All prepaid orders are final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds. Any refunds are issued as store credit, valid for 3 months. Store credits are non-refundable and can only be redeemed at our offline or online store. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

EXCHANGE/RETURN OF PRODUCTS:
You may initiate an exchange/return if:
– The product does not fit.
– Both the product and shipping package have been damaged.
– The product is defective.
– Parts or accessories are missing.
To qualify for an exchange/return, the following conditions must be met:
– The product has not been worn, cleaned, or tampered with.
– Original packaging, brand tags, and accessories are intact and undamaged.
– No alterations have been made, unless due to a vendor defect.
– The product matches our records for the original order.
– The product is free of stains, odors, or damage.
– If purchased as a set, it must be returned as a complete set.
– The product is unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in saleable condition.
– We are satisfied that the product has not been rendered defective or unusable.
Returns are facilitated through our reverse-logistics partners. After initiating the return request on ThreadedTrove.in and receiving acknowledgment, our partners will contact you for product collection.
We reserve the right to reject an exchange or return if these conditions are not met.
